Raines asked: How can you explain that to your future employers if the reasons you got fired were: The previous employer was not happy or satisfied with your performance at work and thought that you did very very badly. And another instance is that you were discharged from the position by the other people in the office while my boss was away. I had some problems getting along with the co-worker and maybe some personality conflict. So, how would you explain these 2 instances of job termination to your potential employers?? Would you chances of finding new jobs be low??
Is being fired common or not really? If not, do most people really have such perfect job history?? What can you do, if you don’t have that??
Is it really okay to not list down jobs on your resume that you have been fired?? I thought you can lose your jobs if they find out? And also at the end of the application, you always have to sign something saying that nothing has been ommited..
