We all know people with a brilliant memory– they remember names, phone numbers, dates, quotes from books, songs and so on… Memory is an intensely useful skill, and often those with a good memory have many advantages over the rest of us in all areas of life.
So you want to boost memory naturally? Then these simple and practical techniques will help you to remember more, in better detail straight away. Memory is a skill you can learn, so you too can become like these people with “natural” memory capabilities:
When you come across information you need to remember you will have much more success if you make a link between this new information and something you already know. This can be done in a number of ways:
- Anagrams – creating words from the first letter of each of the phrases you need to remember – i.e. Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain is an anagram to help you to remember the rainbow colors.
- Creating stories – make up a fictitious story with the information you have – this will cement the item into your mind and can be especially useful when you have to remember to do a task or a longer peice of information – for example a shopping list can be remembered by making a story up of how the ingredients are used.
- Link it visually – creating a link between a word and an image can be really powerful as it gives you more ways to remember. For example my brother, whenever he meets someone new, he remembers their name by imagining them person kissing either someone else with the same name he already knows, or a celebrity with that name! He claims he hasn't forgotten a name in over 3 years.
- Repetition – sometimes the simple ones are the best, but repeat it in different ways for even more success – repeat a phone number over and over to start with, but then write it down a few times, then write it down actually spelling the words and this number will get lodged in your mind
These “memory naturals” are basically using these techniques although probably on a more unconscious level – but as you use them it will become more natural for you in time too.
The old saying still stands - practice makes perfect. ninety nine percent of people reading this article will notstick to this technique for long and ultimately won't make improvements to their memory - the key to being successful in any pursuit is consistency and if you practice regularly your memory will gradually improve.
window.google_render_ad();
Lastly make sure you believe in your memory potential – too many people reaffirm that they have a bad memory and always will inside their minds – when you start talking to yourself like this then stop and say things like “my memory has amazing potential and is improving all the time” If you are interested to get a head-start then try subliminal messaging to help with this issue – it will help to rewire the way your mind works from the inside out to make improvements so your memory can improve faster. Try the improve memory subliminal right now.

If you are in search of a straight forward answer to how to deal with craving food – I’d have to say just stop eating too much but is this really it?. I have heard this line a different times before and used to say it a lot at high school, at home at work and while with my friends. Allow me to take a few minutes of your time to share about magnesium malate control food cravings.
Eating too much does not generally lead to food cravings or gaining of weight but it is the choice of food you indulge in. Eating certain kinds of food may lead you to exacerbating your food cravings and taking or eating another group of foods may help stop them. The latter food really does have the campability to do away with your desires to eat without any control. For example, B vitamins can help you stop them if you take them as prescribed. These are essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates into the simple sugar glucose. There is plenty if food that contains b-complex vitamins. For example, you can find them in liver, nuts, leafy green vegetables, rice, milk, eggs, meats, fish and whole-grain cereals fruits.
It follows then that food cravings are by and large caused by chemical imbalances in our body system and so by eating the right foods with the right nutrients will enable your body to access the necessary ingredients to help it function normally and be in a position to control the chemical orientation in your body. This is true even for woman who are premenstrual and can be helpful if you are looking for best foods for PMS.
This is why you will often come across commercial that promote weight loss programs saying you do not have to cut back on your eating habits. The people who develop such products basically come up with some anti depressants that enables the creation of some certain resources that your body needs in order to function properly. These scientists have spent years studying the human anatomy and have come up with the best tools or resources to help your body and to keep it healthy, stop the desire to keep eatingand lose weight without cutting back on your diet.
Antidepressants work and have helped millions of people all over the world, I am not, however, fully sold out to them mostly because they tend to have side effects for some people who use them such a irritability, nausea, to name just a few. Personally I am a huge fan of natural remedies and cures and these are done by understanding the body’s chemical structure and then help balance it up by eating the right kind of food.
I hope so far you can relate even if you are looking for easy ways to stop sugar cravings
You don’t have to pay a cent to gain control of your eating habits. For instance, when I am asked, why does PMS cause food cravings and what can I do?, I normally tell people to just do the following, watch your emotional triggers that provoke your cravings, exercise often as this has a good effect on your mood, When you feel like eating try drinking a glass of water also replace your junk food with some healthy food e.g. sugar less chocolates.

It’s really interesting when you come right down to it. There are different statistics out there on this problem, but one thing seems to be sure: A lot of people have it.
The funny thing is: An awful lot of those people don’t even know they have it. If you are not sure, you can get a diagnosis from a periodontist.
You can go to your regular dentist too, but often times, and there have has been a study that documented this, dentists don’t have the same focus on your periodontal health as periodontists do.
Therefore, regardless of your age and whether you think you have this disease or not, I suggest that you go and get checked. They will probe your pocket depths - that is the rim of tissue that surrounds your teeth.
By the way, another tell tale sign of periodontal disease is that you feel pain when they do the probing. That is a sign that your gums are inflamed, even if you are visibly unable to tell. When your gums are healthy, that probing doesn’t bother you at all.
When your tissue is diseased, it will feel as if someone is sticking pins into your gums! Believe me, I’ve been on both sides of that coin. When your gums are healthy, that probing doesn’t bother them… Keep this in mind when you go in to get checked.
Pocket depths: They should not be more than 3 millimeters - that is considered normal and healthy. 4, 5, 6, 7 and beyond is considered unhealthy and one sign of a diseased state.
So what can you do at home, in addition to your normal professional dental treatments and checkups to make your gums health again?
Get yourself a hydrofloss oral irrigator. With this device, you will be able to reduce the amount of plaque build up between office visits. This device has been written about twice in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology.
Next: Get yourself some therabreath mouthwash. It is oxygenated and pH balanced. Oxygen can help to reduce the anaerobic bacteria (the bad guys) in your mouth.pH balance can also make the environment less hospitable to the ‘bad’ bacteria.
Periodontal disease or even mild gingivitis is no joke. Take action today. There are things you can do at home. Any dental professional will tell you that what you do at home is critical. They can only see you a couple to a few times a year. They cannot realistically do the important work for you!

Past Regression - As more people today begin to believe in reincarnation. It is hard to decide the best way to start on the journey of remembering your past lives.
A good tool that can prove very beneficial when referred back to is a journal. In your journal you will need to record all your thoughts and feelings. Even those that seem inconsequential to you at the time. You also need to write down any emotions that you may feel, as it is generally believed that emotions are a strong link connecting us to our past life or lives. Do not forget that even something as unimportant as an irrational fear of cracks in a sidewalk can prove very useful and need to be made a note of in your journal.
A good way to start this journal is to write down things like your likes and dislikes, phobias, food, being drawn to certain time periods, architecture, food, cultures, and climates. Also add things like times of Déjà Vu, talents and occupations, the kind of animals and your personality and maybe even birthmarks.
Another important detail you should record in your journal is when you dream. Although our dreams are also current they can still reveal important clues and information. Assuming you are able to recall your dreams, be sure to record all the details of them.
Another way to go is Past life Regression.
This will involve paying a visit to a past life regression therapist. They will use hypnosis and other techniques to guide you through a past life regression as well as help you to interpret the things that you may experience. You can also try self-hypnosis in order to achieve the same effect.
Meditation can be another powerful tool to help you find out more about your past lives.
When meditating there is usually no professional assisting and so many people find it difficult to trust the information they get during their sessions. But trusting your feelings as well as your instincts is necessary with meditation.
When meditating, it may seem to you as if you are merely daydreaming; however, you should take note of the things which come into your mind as you meditate, since some of these thoughts and images may be parts of your past lives.
A lot of people find that listening to music while they meditate is all they need to be able to relax and focus their minds. Alternatively, you might prefer to listen to the soothing and calming sound of water, or the helpful guided meditation audios that are available today. Lighting a pleasant smelling incense or burning some scented candles can help you to relax as well. Whatever you choose to help, it is important that you are completely relaxed and focused. If none of these do the trick then you might want to try something else.
Binaural Beats
Binaural beats are frequencies which can allow your mind to quickly reach the kind of meditative state which could otherwise take a considerable amount of time to learn. When you meditate, it should always be in a quiet place which is free of distractions. Try to relax your body and your mind completely.
It is important to relax your muscles and not get distracted by daily concerns. When that happens just acknowledge them and dismiss them. At first, this going to take some practice to get the hang of it. So don’t be surprised if nothing happens the first few times. Meditation takes practice. But when the true state of meditation happens questions will start to come. The answers may come to you when you are not looking.
This technique maybe of help in resolving issues in your current life. Some people have found that sometimes the people in their current life they have shared with a life with them before. In this way, you can do some research to verify the information received.
Reincarnation is a belief held by many of the world’s religions. Some believe that we experience the consequences of that which we did in our past life or lives, whether good or not, in our current life. It is called Karma and is not that different from regression, in that once you have discovered information about your past life it can help you when faced with issues in your present life. It is all about learning from our mistakes in the past, and that can only enhance and enrich your current life experience.
Keep in mind that you have to go into any of these practices with an open mind and be able to accept that what comes out. Your mind has to accept that it is all right to remember the past life while you are learning to accept the memories that are deeply buried in the subconscious. You have to be willing to learn from your past mistakes and correct them in this one so that this present life is better than the last.
Experts in past life regression say that being able to learn from your past lives is one of the greatest benefits of the practice. It is said by some that past life regression can also help you to overcome mental blocks which are negatively impacting your physical and mental health.
Using past life regression can help you to make better decisions in your life by learning from the mistakes you have made in previous lives and avoiding them this time around.
But past life regression can also help you to understand why you are the only artistic one in your family, especially once you have discovered that you were an artist in a previous life. You will be able to identify the talents you had in your past life and apply them to your current life, thereby enriching it all the more.
Overall, Past life regression sounds like a positive process to go through. It may give you insight to yourself even if you can’t accept it consciously.

A lot of people find that there are some things which are stumbling block sot them as they attempt to learn astral projecting. However, this is something which all of us can do – it’s a natural ability which every man and woman already has. Much like riding a bike, you don’t forget how; but you do have to keep in practice in order to do it well.
One major stumbling block that many people encounter is relaxation. When learning astral projecting the mind and the body have to be deeply relaxed. This can take some practice, but there are many relaxation techniques that you can employ to help your mind and body relax. There are breathing techniques and muscle relaxation techniques that you can try.
If you choose to practice your astral projecting in a relaxed environment you will have a much better chance of doing so successfully. Try the tips below in order to practice astral projecting successfully.
*Take off any jewelry and change out of any clothing which is restrictive or uncomfortable. Many choose to remove their clothes before astral projecting, but the important thing here is to make yourself comfortable so that you can relax fully.
*You will want to practice your astral projecting in a dim or dark room. It should be dark enough that you cannot see light through your closed eyes, but not so dark as to be pitch black.
*Orient your body on a north-south axis. Your head should be towards the north – if you are unsure how to orients yourself, use the sun as your guide.
*When you are astral projecting, your clothes should be loose and comfortable, but should also keep you warm.
*Make sure that you have a place which is quiet and where you will not be distracted as you practice your astral projecting.
*Start using your relaxation techniques (you should also practice these outside of your astral projecting sessions). If you want to astral project, you have to be completely relaxed.
*Start giving yourself mental suggestions that will help you be able to remember what is happening during your session. Keeping a pen and paper close by is helpful, so that as soon as you finish your astral travels you can write down what you remember. Remembering can be enhanced by saying to yourself five times, “I will remember.”
*Continue to practice your breathing.
*Focus on the blackness ahead of you as you relax.
*Now you want to focus on a point or object about a foot away from your forehead, once you focus on that object change your focus to six feet away.
*Now you want to make a 90 degree angle that goes from your six foot away focus up so that you are drawing an imaginary line that runs parallel to you body.
Using these tips will allow you to prepare for astral projecting. Remember that to get the best results you need to be in full mental control. If you do not have this control,. Your astral body will just drift directionless. You can do anything and go anywhere when you are astral projecting, so make the most of this amazing ability!
Astral projecting experts have been able to speak with loved ones who have departed and to do things which are beyond the capacities of their physical bodies. You too can learn how to do all of this with some practice. You have astral projected before –those dreams which you remember every detail of when you awaken are astral travels! If you work at it, you can make the most of your astral projecting and have these incredible experiences at will.

The essential qualities of methods of perseverance is agreed by many as being the essential components of self improvement. It is often said that it is not the quantity of thoughts we have but what really matters is how we go about executing those thoughts and making a change in our environment. Being able to master increasing self confidence as being a key part of personal development leads on to act as a foundation for those of us who desire to go on and experience great levels of abundance in our lives.
As we continue to talk about personal development those who are experts look at the whole being and the mind body connection, with that said it is understandable that many are now aiming attention towards yoga lessons for children in addition to {} as mentioned above as being one the key parts of personal improvement that will help us to bring everything together so that we are able to adequately focus and do the things that we know that we ought to do. With all of the talk about the law of attraction and visualizing, at times we just need to take time out to pay attention to to our bodies and that is one of the reasons why private yoga classes has grown in popularity in recent years.
Bearing in mind that we sleep for such a large percentage of our lives many are now looking into dream interpretation symbols as relating to personal development as we know that the subconscious never ever ceases working. It stands to reason then that whatever we dream about has a bearing on the amount of visualizing and how effective affirmations is working in our lives. Many people are now waking up and straight away notating in their journals the contents of their mind as a means of more deeply comprehending dream symbol interpretation as they look to take their lives forward to the next level.

Are you trying to cope with the death of your boyfriend or do you know someone who is? Well this is a painful situation to be in. In such a case you probably need to hear encouragement words from people close to you.
You need to understand that the grieving process has some certain steps or feelings. Let me share some of those feelings – By reading these I hope you will be more aware and will be able to know how to handle each phase.
Disbelief
The initial feeling that comes when you hear the sad news is that of disbelief. It is even harder when you have just had a conversation or just seen your boyfriend. This feeling may take a while to subside. In most occasions it lasts up to the day of the funeral.
Shock
In most cases shock is triggered by seeing the person actually dead. In most cases this happens at the funeral after reality strikes. This is when you start to take in as reality gives you no choice but face what has happened. Compared to the other emotions, it is easy to get through this one.
Anger
Anger comes in different forms i.e. you can be angry at yourself, the world or the person who was there when your boyfriend died. One thing I must warn you about is that it can get destructive. It is important to be careful about what you say and think during this time. Buy some books about daily words of encouragement to help you cope.
Pain
Pain is tormenting and longer lasting. This is where you may need to consistently hear words of encouragement. This is a really harsh feeling. I mean it just sticks in there and does not seem to ever end. Although it may take longer but eventually it dies. Memories never go away, yes but the heart ache stops at some point.
When you are in pain you may feel helpless and even regret some doing or not doing something. No matter what you go through, no matter the years you spend grieving, the pain due to the loss of your boyfriend does go away eventually.

Freelancing - Everyone has a special talent, or something that they’re good at. Now it’s time to tap into that and use your skills as a freelancer. And don’t think that freelancing is only for writers. Freelancers are needed in the areas of photography, journalism, graphic arts, makeup artistry, editing, web designing and many more. I would recommend a service that offers trades in their own account with some form of a guarantee, so you know they have skin in the game. Follow your service providers trades and sit back and watch the money roll in. Pretty simple isn’t it? Make sure you are following the plan of the service provider and not just selling any and all futures options available, that is a guarantee to financial ruin.
The rules you need to follow should be laid out by your service that you purchase. These typically come in the form of trades through an auto trade or emails. These services will provide the plan and the rules that a savvy investor needs. This is a great way to manage your own money but with rock solid trading results.
Storytelling is a skill that can be learned…you can take classes on storytelling in almost every major town and city in the world–either for free or very, very inexpensively. With a good story you will get testimonials about it, and people will feel compelled to pass the story and the testimonials on to their friends and family without you even having to ask them.
Ideas are everywhere - This one is just a reminder to keep you mind open. There are ALL kinds of things out there that can make you money. You could be a pet sitter, a baby sitter, you could sell your jewelry or crafts online or at craft fairs, you could offer to design websites or fliers for small companies, you could work at an amusement park, you could work in promotions, going to local bars to promote a company’s stuff. The ideas are really endless and I haven’t even scratched the surface. Dig deep and you can find anything that interests you. I hope these ideas got your brain started. The biggest factor in how to make money in a bad economy doesn’t start at your wallet. It starts in your mind. You can always make money in a bad economy (or good economy). In fact, the bad economy may just spur you on to even bigger and better things. NOW is the time to trust your instincts and go for your dreams. Visualize what you want, and GO FOR IT.
